Return / Exchange Policy
Skin Care Products
Please understand that due to the cosmeceutical nature of our products, all sales are final. Our cosmeceutical products are 100% guaranteed for quality assurance.
We do not offer refunds on any of our skin care products. Exchanges are only offered on a discretionary basis. To be eligible for an exchange, we must be notified within 24 hours on receipt of goods. Items returned in perfectly new and re-sellable condition will be exchange in full as long as it is received by us within 48 hours of purchase. However, all returns must be issued a Return Authorization Number or they will not be accepted. Please allow us 7-14 business days to process your exchange. We do have the rights to deduct the shipping amount or discounted prices paid in the original order.
We advise all our customers to check the ingredients prior to purchasing any of our products. If you are allergic to any of our ingredients we advise you steer clear from purchasing the product. Always patch test products before use. We do not take responsibility for any form of allergic reactions from our products.
Shipping problems, damaged goods, product defects, must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of order.
**A 15% restocking fee will be charged on orders that have been refused or unclaimed, as well as for clients requesting entire-order returns.**
Returns received in poor condition, i.e. leaking, broken, etc., are not eligible for an exchange. Please take care in packing items authorized for return. Please pack items for return in a box, not an envelope, to ensure safe delivery.
Call 02088577999 or email email@example.com for your Return Authorization Number. Please provide the reason for the return and condition of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Virgin and Braiding Hair Refunds / Exchanges
Please note we do not offer refunds/exchanges due to hygiene reasons. We very much doubt you will have any problems with our hair, however, if our hair is found to be faulty in any way, we must be notified within 24 hours on receipt of goods, and we will aim rectify ASAP. A full explanation should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the issue before any exchange is considered.
Additionally, if the order received is incorrect, kindly let us know within 24 hours of receipt and we will arrange an exchange asap. Exchanges are offered on orders returned in original condition / packaging within 5 days of purchase.
No refunds / exchanges offered on our coloured hair or custom orders/services.
No refunds / exchanges on sale items.
The faulty item must be returned to us for review before refund will be issued.
Refund will not be issued if the hair has been altered in a way in which may have caused the fault.
AGREEMENT: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Body Contours UK, www.bodycontours.co.uk, its officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, charges, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and liabilities of whatever nature and howsoever arising (including but not limited to any legal or other professional fees and the costs of defending or prosecuting any claim and any other direct or consequential loss) incurred or suffered directly or indirectly as a result of using any product listed on our website.
Sun Sensitivity Clients need to be aware that by using glycolic acid and other peeling products, your skin will be more photo-sensitive than normal. It is recommended that you use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15, preferably SPF 30 or higher, after using skin peel products. The FDA recommends using an SPF for one week post-peel.
